I'm also intermittent fasting, and I've been doing so for about 4½ months now. I've found it very useful, and I have not noticed any differences in weight loss when I'm on my cycle (maybe I'll need to be more vigilant). But, yeah, it's great that you've lost 3lbs. Sounds good to me!
I wish you all the luck ffionparsons. the problem with fasting too long is that your body thinks you are starving and your metabolism goes way down. intermitten fasting is delightful. It makes me feel clean and ready to start a new day. just be careful. and congrats on the weight loss!
