I am trying to find a herbal tea to get rid of my bloatness/gas and constipation. I tried digestive ginger tea. It not only taste bad but it gave me the runs like water. So that is how I lost weight and once I put my 4litres of water in me. But I put 2lbs. out of the 5 lbs I back on. Thank goodness I did not turn to sugar. I am getting stronger and stronger each day. So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Fennel tea is supposed to be good for bloating, Wadestreet and liquorice for constipation, but it's a case of trial and error, to find the one that suits you.

Well done for still keeping off the sugar :)

Oh yes moreless. I am working to hard on the sugar to give up now. My mindset is forward not backwards even if a set back or two. I will and can do this.

mint tea? do you know what the cause of the problem is?

I suggest finding a blend. My doctor actually recommended fennel tea when I was having severe stomach issues early on, and I found it really effective, even more so than peppermint tea. But these teas can have quite a strong flavour on their own. Look for teas called "digestive" or "tummy tea". They normally have fennel and/or peppermint in the mix. They're great for relieving bloating and they aren't too much to handle if you're not used to herbal teas :)
