I would count it.
my understanding is that it counts as water. i certainly count my fruit teas, redbush etc as water.
I only drink green tea and I count 😊

Anything liquid counts. Even beer, coffee and tea, and all those - allegedly - dehydrating drinks. Although, if you're knocking back a daily couple of litres of scotch or vodka, you need to have a quiet word with yourself ☺.

Yes Decaf Green Tea is OK to count as daily Water intake so drink and enjoy!
