List 10 Oz,small amount but massive as I'm under 12 st for the first time in years .

Starting week 4 of the blood sugar diet tomorrow.

Spurred me on .

I'm on week 4 tomorrow if the blood sugar diet,only 4 to go and two of them I'm away .

I think if you are now the right weight you should try increasing cals or you’ll be underweight and lose muscle but I am no expert.

I have stuck to low carb and low sugar but now have more calories

When I did the 8 week BSD it was at the beginning of my weight loss and I had about 18 kg to lose you don’t have anything left to lose.

24.6 BMI ,shows as healthy ,didn't even think if my BMI.
