This is a very friendly forum and I am sure you will receive plenty of support. Being 3 stone overweight brings all sorts of health problems so losing that weight and improving your fitness should be your motivation.
Make a plan as to how you are going to lose weight. Are going to do the NHS 12 week diet or follow another diet? Whatever your choice you need to count calories and be honest with yourself because we all gained weight because we consumed more calories than we needed on a regular basis and probably were also inactive. Now you need to go in reverse and make sure that every day there is a deficit in calorie consumption from the amount of calories you expend and you need to increase activity

Thanks for all your comments. Sorry work takes over and not had chance to catch up. Logging my food and been to aqua aerobics four times this week. Away for weekend do will see what happens when I weigh myself on Monday. Good luck to you all too
Welcome to the forum! You can do this and win. Every morning when you get up say this is a great day and I am going to have a healthy day today. Once you get into this it will be second nature. Make sure you have a workout you enjoy. Best wishes on your journey and keep us posted.
