Hi, I’m a 5’5” 130lb female wanting to lose only 5lbs and I exercise a lot (2-4 hours daily) but my calorie intake is all over the place, meaning anywhere from 900 to 3200 calories a day. I eat a very balanced diet but have no hunger cues so mindful/intuitive eating doesn’t work for me. I’m just generally confused on how much I should be eating considered how much I exercise and whether I should focus on specific Marcos or not. I would prefer to lose the weight slower rather than faster as I don’t respond well to quick weight loss.

At your weight and height you are coming out right in the middle of healthy. I suspect it’s not weight loss you need but general healthy eating and lifestyle advice 😊
There is a lot of conflicting advice out there with regards to balancing macros, and we are all different in what we enjoy and need. Very generally, I would reduce processed food, especially sugar, and increase fresh produce like salad and vegetables.As Rose suggested, the Daily Diary is an excellent thread to read for menu ideas.
