You have taken the first steps by joining and admitting your over weight, welcome to the forum 2 kg or 28kg it doesn't matter so long as your determined to lose it, at first it will come off pretty easy, then you will probably plateau but don't beat yourself up, it's not a sprint with anyone having to get their super fast its just important to arrive, keep posting and asking for whatever help you need to get you there
