Hi I have an app tracking stuff.
NHS says 1400 calories but what should I put for saturated fat, fat, salt and sugar.
Maybe cards and protein too.

Hi Hidden and welcome.
Others here will be able to better respond to your question, although from my perspective I have generally tried to ensure that I eat a variety of foods.
When you follow the link that Minniewinny has provided, there will be a further one to the NHS BMI calculator. It may well be worth running it, as the 1400 cals that you mention, is possibly the generic one that the NHS website mentions, whereas the calculator will give you a calorific range specifically tailored for you.
Good luck!
