Good morning it’s look like it going to be a nice day so I am going get out and do bit of walking .then go to the hairdresser only two days to weight in again let’s hope do well my friend lost 5lb when she got weighted on Tuesday at slimworld I have never lost that a mount in one hope you all have good day

Enjoy your walk today, we all seem to be having a nice day weather wise and that give us all a spring in our step to get out and about. 
Good luck with your weigh inon Saturday and well done to your friend 5lbs lost is a great achievement in a week.
