Hi all my name is Bethan from north wales ! been fighting for few years now with my weight but just cant budge it not sure if the menopause plays a part in it , but I have to lose it now as it playing havoc with my lower back and hips . As a dog walker I have plenty of exercise but I keep eating the wrong stuff I have no will power !!!!!!!! This is way I need some support .. Thank You

A small change is better than no change.
Write down what you are eating and pick something that you can change. Healthier version of breakfast or healthier snack. Less sugary drinks? Work on that one thing until you feel ready to change something else.
Make sure you eating enough calories to start with as well. My problem when I first joined was I was meant to be eating between around 1500 to 1800 but can't remember exact amounts and it turned out I was only eating around 1000 Cals a day. By not eating enough calories your body thinks you are starving it and turns everything you do eat into body fat and this weighs more than eating the extra calories does so it stops you from losing weight and sometimes puts weight on instead. It seems weird to eat extra calories to lose weight but as soon as I did this it worked and I finally started losing weight. Good luck with your journey.
