Check your weight on the NHS BMI calculator and it’ll tell you if you’re at a healthy bmi
I have and is says about 11st but my doc says this is to low
Your probably know what weight feels healthy for you. Medical professionals do give conflicting views. Psycharist told be beauty in eye of beholder and not to worry about the spiralling weight gain. I should have gone with my gut instinct that i needed to lose weight. Thankfully i have lose a stone and half since then, still over weight but not obese any more.
Wishing you best of luck, in what you decide is right or you.
I've got down to just below the top level of my healthy BMI. If I was to get down to midway I'd disappear.
At the same time, the BMI calculator was pretty good at giving me the calorie range that I needed to lose weight.
When I got to my healthy BMI range I just decided that I'd be ok, when I looked in the mirror and thought I was ok. Like Honey10 has just said, you'll have a pretty good idea of what is ok.
Good luck!
I’ve just checked the nhs BMI checker and it suggests anything under 12st 12lbs puts you in the ‘healhty’ zone, but it very much depends upon your build and muscle mass.
More important is lifestyle, food quality and exercise. 😊

Zest has a different BMI scale that suits taller people, maybe that could help?
Personally, I think we all know what feels right 😊
Yes I was going to suggest this - the 'new bmi'. I was also going to suggest waist to height ratio which can help if you have a naturally muscly build (like me!!) I'll be back with links in a minute....
