Hello bala2323 and welcome.
Firstly, let me congratulate you on sticking to gym work for 9 months which shows great determination. Also, 9kgs is not to be sniffed at... that's a great loss too.
Are you losing weight regularly, if so then I'd probably leave things as they are but if you're not losing any weight at the moment, then you may have to look at how much you're eating. Exercise certainly helps with weight loss but managing your total consumption will help even more.
Judging from the fact that you've lost as much weight as you have, I suspect that you'd only have to tweak things a little bit.
Hi Tiggerr.. felt good reading the reply.. thank u.. i lose weight regularly.. but i feel as if it has come to a saturation level.. and as of eating.. i just concentrate on the point not to consume lot of carbohydrates.. added to this. M unable to find out the point whr m committing mistake
Ok... maybe just start from scratch. Check your NHS BMI and calorie range and then work from there. These are good numbers to know because it's possible to have problems losing weight whether you go above or below that range.
Don't forget to take measurements because sometimes your body will be changing shape with little or no downward movement on the scales. This may be even more pertinent if you're involved in a fair bit of exercise.
Welcome bala2323 Losing 9kgs in nine months and keeping it off is a huge achievement. I am not sure how much you want to lose, and whether you have been changing your eating habits too, so it is a little difficult at the moment to comment on your post.
I would like to invite you to join our Newbie Club, which we hope will be a good place for you to connect with members, who are also just starting out, or re-starting, and it looks as if there are a few of you this morning.
If you could just post a few words about yourself on the October Newbie Club thread to introduce yourself and reply to one or twoothers there, you will soon feel part of the Club.
I am having a few technical issues today, so Ceals is helping me out and will be along shortly with a link to the Newbie Club for you to look at.
Please read all the information carefully. It is very useful and can be referred to whenever you want to check something.
All the very best to you.
Just to let you know bala2323 I have awarded you a 9kg badge to reflect all that you have achieved so far.
