I mistakenly picked up a pair of jeans to try on 2 sizes smaller than the baggy ones I'm wearing ... guess what, they fitted 😊😳😊

It takes courage to wear smaller sized clothes which show off a slimmer figure!

Thanks to NHS Choices & you guys I'm confident about giving away my baggy clothes- that's a first!!

Still got weeks get to lose but what a boost ...😂🤣😂

Hello Susie, it's lovely getting into smaller clothes and I think you're right to get rid of the baggy ones. We must have confidence that this success is not going to be short lived.

I am still seeing myself as big and ordering too large clothes and when I buy the smaller size my heart is in my mouth when I try them on . I don't really believe in this smaller me yet,

I spenta couple of hours today altering too big clothes to make them wearable .
