Loosing 4 stone

I'm currently trying to loose 4 stone in the quickest possible way. I don't know much about weight lose and don't know people in the same situation as me so as much advice as possible would be good.

Welcome Rochell222 it is great that you have joined us, however there is no safe way to lose 4 stones very quickly. Like everyone else your weight went on slowly and to be sustainable needs to come off slowly.

Hi Rochelle222, a warm welcome to you. My advice to you from someone who has had rapid weight loss in the past. Take it slow by changing your eating habits not just for losing weight for now, but for the rest of your life.

By rapidly losing weight you will get weight rebound. And when this happens you then put more weight on than you lost in the beginning. And that is depressing.
