Weigh in today. From Under-Orders. 89.1kg. I am giving it early as I am due at Oswestry orthopaedic hospital for pre-op prior to knee surgery next week. Have to report that waistline has definitely shrunk!

Hi Dorothy,

Welcome, it's not such a big world so don't be scared, I was over in Toronto quite a few years ago at Downsview working with 'Flight Safety International' for a month, I went all around Toronto, one night I was there they closed the city centre to film a 'indy car' chase through the streets ( I think it was a film that Sylvester Stallone was making) I also went another night to watch 'Blue Jays' play Base ball, so your not as isolated as you thought.

Anyway there are loads of great people here that will advise, encourage, and support you in what ever your personal quest is, so make the most of it! I am. Weight loss is my goal, so trying to banish 3 stone from my life.
