Not happy again I have not lost any weight again this week .i must be doing some think wronge .i will stick with it because I no it will show that I have keeping to my plan

A great attitude Dog74. You've lost that weight and the first thing is not to get despondent and undo the good work you've done so far.

Have you got measurements that you can compare against? What about clothes, are any fitting differently?

For what it's worth, my weight loss slowed for two weeks running and then stopped for two weeks before continuing again. During that time my calorie intake didn't really change.

You've obviously been doing something right to lose the weight you did, so if nothing has changed in that respect then I'd expect you to continue losing again.

You're only 2lbs from your target weight, Dog and we all know that those last pounds are the most difficult!

Why not log onto the Daily Diary and we'll see if we can tweak your menus at all?

You are not alone ,many of us put in the effort only to remain the same or gain.
