Hi there just to reassure fellow members that the odd hiccup with the diet is not the end .just pick up where you left off the next day.quite often if you think you are failing you can tend to eat more of the wrong things to make you feel better done it myself so talking from experience. One little hiccup is no reason to give up.just need to get back on track lost 5 stone in the past so no way want to put it back on through negativity. Good luck to you all and think positive

I know what you mean. I have lost 5 stone too and never want to get back to where I was before because of having a bad day.
