On Monday I went bike ride for three and a half hours, and on Tuesday went on a two and a half hour walk, so kind of aching in joints, but have to keep pressing on.

Well done smartie pant! I only wish I was that fit! I went for a brisk 20mins walk in the woods and for the next two days my joints gave me hell!! 😳
Be careful not to do to much or burn yourself out!..little bit at a time is now my mantra! 😂
Thanks for that, I did do to much, I'm 70 and should know better, but I was done at 13/8, now I'm 15/8, so don't like what I put on, and after all I got help when I was down, so it's a slap in the to them.

I hear you LindyLaine It's tough going isn't it when just a small amount of exercise or what I would like to consider "normal activities/movement " breaks you!! 🙁 just got to learn (I obviously haven't yet! Lol) to pace and go little by little and be thankful we still can. 😊 X
There's no point in looking behind hun, we all regret things and damn ourselves far too much! try and focus on now, positive thoughts...even when things arnt going our way! You are making massive strides in working towards your goals and that's what matters right now 😊
