i'm new to the group and need to lose weight, i have started going to the gym and i did the couch to 5 K program but i get bored and keeping it up is difficult. i have set myself a target of losing 10 kg and i am determined to do it.

Exercise is great for health and well-being, but in order to successfully lose weight, we need to focus on our food consumption too.
