Your achievements are impressive and will inspire others to go for it.

I am a facts and figures person and would ask all to provide how they lost the weight what their starting or current weight is and how long it has taken. Also what has motivated them.

With this info dieter can decide what may be the best weight loss programme for them and give realistic ideas of how quick them my see weight loss.

Different people will react in different ways so to compare ourselves with others could be useful, or could lead to discouragement, you could look at the daily diaries for what folks are eating, then look at each ones home page to see their history..

I was 189lbs, now 173 in 11weeks.i just ate clean natural foods all meals and snacks. It's been a little slow but it's staying off so far. Good luck!

Excellent results did you base the meals on low carbs or low cal.

It is low calorie and almost no carbs except some veggies and fruits.

I am doing high protein and very low cabs not over eating but feeling full.

I have a lot of weight to loose but I am averaging 1 kg per week.

I had a couple of days with higher carb levels and the weight loss slowed, back on the low carbs and back to losing.
