Thought i would measure myself after 5 weeks since last time...shocker increase on my bust! haha

Hello everyone,

So its 7 weigh ins today and i nearly...very nearly got my target to mini goal. (missed it by 0.5lb). I decided to lose 1 stone 6lbs in the summer holidays and i lost 1 stone 5.5 so am happy. I will find it easier when i am in a routine next week and i intend to start walking somewhere...even if its to a shop.

I have set myself another target of 1 stone l lb by November 20th, which is more than do able in 11 weeks. That is when i am seeing my son again and he has no idea i have started to lose weight and he is the reason i finally kicked myself to do so. His disappointment and worry only reflected what i felt for myself and i have worked hard on the mental side of things since undergoing a lot over the last 4 years.

Anyway, the purpose for this post was to see if i have made any difference in the inch department. So here goes.

5 weeks ago i measured....53 hips today i measure...50.04...nearly 3 inch loss

44 and a bit waist ...today...42inch...2 inch loss

44 bust ...today ... ermm put on 1 inch?? haha...45 inch

15.4 arm ....today...14.2 inch

and 29 leg.....(my old waist size!!! ) today... 27 inch...2 inch loss

so 5 weeks loss is 8 inch...plus the one gain...7 inch overall...not bad going :)

I am now in a size 18 stretch jeans (don't think 18 jeans will fit but i will try them and see) and a 20 top is getting a tad big but not in a 18 yet.

This post will just show me my progress on the way and i will do another one on the 1st October after 4 weeks of routine.:)

It's really interesting to see how the inches disappear!! Very well done alwaysstartingagain 😊

I don't mean to disillusion you but my boobs look even bigger now there's less of the rest of me!! Lol 😂 My bra size has gone from a 40c to a 36e for eeeeek!!

Clothes sizes are also interesting, it's great to see smaller clothes isn't it?

Oh boy, lol...I have always had a chest I try and hide, to think of it growing hahaha. Smaller clothes are great, now to get them 16s which I intend to be when I see him x

Just to see him see am trying and I want him to be proud of me as I am him will be enough. I don't think he will be proud until I show I have got to goal and stayed there but I think he will be impressed and less disappointed for sure x

Hey dipper,

I am sure it was you who suggested the photo and measurements, its a good job I listened because I don't feel or see a difference yet but knowing its off the inches and scales shows its working...so thank you x

Very well done! Maybe you just measured slightly differently upstairs today - or if you are doing weights, maybe things have perked up a bit? Anyway, a shining example for perseverance - bet your son will be very surprised - you could always take him shopping for a new outfit for you! All the best for the next stage.
