I started the 12 week plan yesterday and already feel more energised, I've even been for a swim for the first time in years!! Managed 12 lengths of the pool in 45 minutes, it's a start and I really enjoyed it.

Very well done SusanT17 😊 The first day is the most difficult so that's an excellent achievement, not to mention the swimming 😊 I know just what your,end about feeling energised, I felt different right from the start 😊

congratulations- an administrator will be around shortly giving you loads of useful info, but as well as being able to join weekly weigh-ins if you want to and there are exercise challenges (length of time doing exercise and distance of exercise though, walking, swimming, steps, running & rowing!!). click on the challenge topic (at the bottom if using the app or right side of screen if using computer) I am hosting the challenges this week- it gets rotated but its something to consider if you need help with motivation re: exercise and the support you will get from this forum is second to none. I am not really one for participating in online groups (my facebook page is a joke not sure why I have it!) but I have found this forum really good and though none of us are experts we all have our own experiences of loosing weight, gaining weight, and falling off the wagon! so ask any questions and you will get a response- you just need to decide if you want to ignore it or follow it and see what happens.
