Hope everyones' day is going well.. I am just back from two weeks holiday which included seven course taster menus some nights and lots and lots of wine! Luckily my hubby needs to put some weight on so he helped me out on the higher calorie dishes...We walked and walked to try to combat all those calories and I was so sure I had put weight back on.. but my scales tell me today that I am the same weight as when I left.. Which is some kind of miracle. So am not feeling quite so gloomy as expected on this wet Wednesday. It means I have not lost anything during these weeks on the the 12 week plan but I have a couple of days before my week eight weigh in I am looking for inspiration on here today to keep going as I can feel my resolve failing and I need to hit my first stone....Onwards!

To maintain your weight during a holiday is a fantastic outcome, feel rightly proud of yourself.

I agree with Ellie, anigoni! To be able to maintain your weight after such sumptuous food, is absolutely amazing!! Well done you!!

sounds like a lovely holiday, well done on not gaining any weight. Start today as a new day, decide what you will be eating today and stick to it. You are in a much better position now than you were a few weeks ago before you resolved to lose weight so just keep on going, every day you stick to your plan is a victory in itself
