Breakfast: Shreddies and milk. Strawberries, kiwi mix witg so greek yogurt.

Snack: apple and a packet of aldi pea snacks

Lunch, frittata with spinach and carrot sticks.

Snack: ramakin of pistachio nuts.

Tea: maroocan beef stew with rice and qunoa mix

Drinks: water and tea.

Hows that sound guys?
