Very big BMI

Just done the NHS BMI calculation and it says 40.6 which is very obese, does feel like quite a hill to climb to get that down, I really want to do it though so slowly but surely I will make changes :-)

It takes time and you have to be realistic - the best way to do it to keep the weight off is to do it slowly 1 - 2lb a week (the first week or two you may lose more)

Please make sure you take your measurements, as sometimes the scales don't move as you have gained muscle but lost fat and it shows in the measurements

I got so disheartened that I maintained for a few weeks and was advised to check my measurement ans was shocked I had lost 5" off my waist :)

Wishing you all the best and remember we are all here to support you :)
