Just an up date been to the hospital today had my hip op two weeks ago .I have been given a walking stick no moe crutches .Can now start get back on track with my diet thankyou all for your support and good wishers

Good to hear everything went well with your hip operation. I'm glad you can now start to get back on track again, but please take it easy with that new hip.
