Big hips!!

After having 3 large babies I have added inches to my hips.

Does anyone have any exercise tips for reducing the fat on my hips and tummy pls??

Thanks for replying. Very rarely drink alcohol but do eat bread, flour etc so will look into these areas

NHS choices website- Living well page has 10min exercise which focuses on bums, tums & thigh so that may help- though I think it focuses on firming those areas up rather than reducing them! Good luck

Diet is more important than exercise for eliminating fat, also you can't pinpoint fat it burns off in layers not spots. You need to get a diet sorted out. Exercise can help but don't rely on it to remove all of the body fat.
