Slow start, but...

Ordered book 'Sod sitting, start moving' which arrived yesterday. No chance to open as invited to daughters house for tea. Despite a sneaky flat white beforehand, managed a lengthy walk round Aldi & a game of chasing bubbles with the grandkids before enjoying a delicious healthy tea of veggie sausages, new potatoes & sugar snap peas, cooked by my son-in-law. So far this morning, have hoovered through & taken out the recycling. Now for the other chores...

For me, I shan't be weighing myself regularly, but will keep trying on that skirt I bought from a charity shop in Ilkley last summer.... Jacques Vert, & the most beautiful mix of autumnal colours.

Hi. I just googled that book, it looks fun and useful. Hope you find the skirt gets looser quickly. With this weather we are having Autumn is just round the corner! Good luck

Haven't heard of that book either ... great advert for it! Your son-in-law knows how to cook - my family would have "made" me eat overcooked BBQ food with lashings of alcohol and sweet/creamy puddings!!
