Try not to beat yourself up over it just draw a line acroos the 5lbs and move on. Use the Daily Diary for a week to help you stay on track, you can do this!
Onwards and downwards
On the up side, if it's gone on that fast it may come off faster than normal too. Don't worry about it too much, just get back on track and make sure the overall trend is downwards. Life happens!

Hennypenny so sorry to hear you put on 5lbs. Don't give yourself a hard time you have lost it before and you WILL lose it again. Hope you have a great week ahead
Hmm, are you sure? It could be the weight of the food and fluids you've consumed. My weight changes when I weigh myself in the morning, depending on when I had my meals the day before. It seems unlikely that you'd have gained 5lbs. I've heard that you have to eat 3,500 calories over your recommend intake to gain 1lb.
Hi Didizia! I could be fluid as I do drink a lot of water and at the wedding I had four lime, soda and vodka drinks plus coffee and water! Also, last night I had a ham sandwich made with granary bread which I don't normally have. The bread weighs heavily. What do you think?
