Well, that is me back to 17 stone after getting my first stone badge. This is what I have done for 20 years, lose weight, feel great, think 'that is me slim' then the lazy Josie is released and the weight goes back on, the breathlessness returns, my self esteem takes a dive and I sign up again....and the cycle begins.
This is however, the first time I have written down this sad situation and I am grateful for the accountability offered by this site.
Right....now what? Make that choice, girl!

Oh Josie101170 at least you recognise what your doing. NOw you can work on it, when you feel like your getting complacent, check yourself, find something that will help you keep on track.....
Maybe find a quote that resonates and stick it on the fridge or cupboard door, where you will see it daily!! Remind yourself of the benefits of sticking with it.

Josie you have identified where you go wrong, that is half the battle. Now you have to look at ways in which you can change your behaviour so as to stop you putting the weight back on. Good luck x
