Lost 12lbs in last 4 weeks through low calorie diet and cycĺing (averaging 10 miles a day ) and 10000 step walks .really pleased with latest results !

Thanks for the comment I am 63 now and should of done this year's ago.but its never to late.just eat healthy and excercise each day.used to walk 100 yards and need to sit down.now cycle and walk regularly .best to date is a 15 mile walk and best cycle ride 11 miles but average 10 miles a day on the bike and 10000 steps.also type 2 diabetic with high blood pressure but now have reduced my medication for blood sugars and blood pressures

That's something I really need to address, is my lack of exercise. I totally relate to needing a rest after minimal exertion. I'm only 58, and should be considerably fitter than I am at present!

After discovering this great site, and reading inspirational stories such as yours, I am determined to try harder.

Good luck with your journey keep positive take the excercise gradually and work your way to your goals it takes time but a little progress every day is better none at all. Again good luck
