It is really good to have this support on line. By just writing it down and sending it out into the world helps so much. I read all the reports from everyone and wish everyone all the best.
Yesterday I had drops in my eyes at hospital and was there for a few hours hated it and what did I do as a reward 🍔🍰. Felt Ill after. So writing this to help make me eat sensiblely today.

After reading through the link that moreless has just provided, if you still don't understand something, ask. People only want you to get the most benefit that you can.
Hi, hope you had good news from your hospital appt.
Do you still have cakes and biscuits around at home? It may be better to get them out of the way altogether until you know you can deal with them within your healthy eating plan. Not saying you shouldn't ever have them but they should be a conscious choice and part of your plan for that day.

I haven't even had your excuse over the last 2 nights and have still gone off the rails.
Like you say, having the forum here to articulate your concerns allows our minds to process our actions and hopefully regroup and find a better way of dealing with them.
