I feel a bit guilty posting here as my weight it not a problem yet. However, it has been gradually going up over the last few months so I decided to do something before it became a problem.
My diet is whole foods plant based with fish generally. Lots of fruit and veg, lots of whole grains, very little processed food. I also do quite a lot of exercise.
I took a critical look at my diet and realised I still had some bad habits - processed high fat energy bars, cans of coke and no breakfast being the worst.
Over the last 5 weeks I have cut out all the bad things and introduced breakfast. I have also increased the amount of exercise I do. However, my weight gain now appears to have accelerated!
I'm not pregnant, already follow a dairy free diet and have recently had my thyroid checked and it was fine.
Any ideas?
