I have mushroom risotto- which is just chopped onion cooked in 1tspn oil for 5mins, then add the 75g risotto rice and cook for 1-2mins then add 150-200g sliced/chopped mushrooms and garlic (I use a mix of different types) and cook for 5 mins then add all the stock 1pt and cook gently with lid on for 15-20 mins then another 15-20mins with lid off. This is for 1

Mushroom pasta- fry chopped onion in 1 tspn oil for 5mins, add 150g sliced mushrooms and chopped garlic and cook for another 5mins. Add 125g approx (1/2 tub of soft cheese) and stir well and cook for 2 mins. Whilst doing this cook 100g pasta and drain- add to mushroom mix and mix well. This is for 1
