I managed to plan most of this week regarding meals and exercises. I didn't to kcal calculation I need to work on it more. Although for now I concentrated on healthy choices and increasing vegetable and fruit consumption.
Hopefully, I'll manage to stick to this plan.

Not sure. My weight normalised to around 53.4-53.8kg, but I'm not loosing any weight I want to believe that thanks to my food choices I am healthier, but it is difficult to say or measure it.
I know I need to start counting calories. I am afraid that with those few snacks during week (approx. 1 a day), that are not in this plan, I'm exceeding my allowance. Maybe tomorrow, I'll count for what I've planned.
I haven't lost any more weight since my illness last summer, but I am smaller 😊 It can take quite a few weeks to see small changes, especially as you don't have much to lose
Yes, you are right. It is slow process. Fat never wants to give up easily We need to burn it calorie after calorie, pound after pound. Steadily.
I should also increase my exercises, e.g. add proper HIIT training at least once a week. But this week's heat is killing me. I hope I'll manage to wake up earlier to do my runs I'll be happy with that achievement this week.
