After a positive few months and good weight loss going from 16 st 7 to 15 st 3 i have now hit a brick wall and put back on up to 15 st 9 i guess im happy that it hasnt all gone back i dont feel like i have put loads on but i am dissapointed with myself after doing so well. i guess thats what happens when you emotionally eat and stop calorie counting. Anyway what will i do to get back on track start counting again put the last month to the back be positive i have done it once i can do it again. I will also start coming back on here. Heres to the 14s.

Don't be disappointed in yourself izzy1981. Draw a line under it and see each day as a new day. I find that planning what I am going to eat for my meals in advance helps if I'm out and about and fancy something extra. Each morning think of the calories you can eat that day as if it were money your bank had put in your account, then enjoy spending that money but try not to go overdrawn! I've got loads to lose, been doing well but have a few challenging days ahead - holiday etc, but you've got to be realistic even those will very little to lose will put on weight from time to time. I'm sure you will start again, maybe a bit of break was what you needed (emotionally I mean). Good luck

Here's a helping had back on that wagon izzy1981 😊 Welcome back

You've still lost almost a stone, Izzy, which is a great achievement. Try not to beat yourself up about it, as Anna says, pick yourself up, we're here to help, and get back on that wagon. Try filling in a daily diary for a while. It's certainly kept me focussed for a few weeks now, and helped me to lose some more weight. Draw a line under it as Debbie says, take a deep breath, and start again. 😊😊😊
