Yippee! 5 lbs lost this week. This means that this year,in total before i have really knuckled down to calorie counting, I have lost 1 stone. It has given me a real boost and feel great about continuing the quest for better health. Happy bank holiday everyone! X

Thanks.Building work still on,hopefully done by end of June.As it is chaos it encourages me to go out for walks!
