Well, another week done, kept to plan and calorie targets this week but haven't measured up yet. Don't really need to as I can there's been a big change in the last 5 weeks. Got a plan together to manage the 'Look, real food, eat all of it!' knee jerk reaction to being back in the real world.
I have an 8 hour layover in Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam, so rather than sitting around being tempted by all the food outlets or the free scoff in the business class lounge I'm boarding the train and heading into the city for some power walking and sightseeing.
Looking forward to a proper weigh in on Friday to see where I'm at and take it from there for the next 7 weeks.
