You may be surprised at just how much the challenge changes overall body composition.
After all, squats are a compound movement, engaging many different muscle groups throughout, leading to greater calorie expenditure both during the exercise and at rest, by virtue of improved muscle density.
If ever you've attempted any of Jillian's workout DVDs, such as the 30 day shred programme, for example, you'll know that she doesn't do things by halves.
What is your normal exercise routine. Somehow i think you will be able to crack walnuts between your thighs by the time you have completed jillians squats π a bit too much like hard work for me but i wish you all the best will be interested to see how you get on
Haha not a chance. I do HIIT ON Mondays, Zumba on Tuesdays, circuit on Friday and I'm part of an online trainer group with livE workout on Sundays. I try to mix it up a bit

I wish!!! I'm a size 16/18. I was originally a size 24 but combine health eating with exercise to lose 4 sizes and trying to get to next dress down πππ
