YAY - fantastic result. I did the same, well actually exceeded my target by 11,000 steps.
I don't know if you know how many steps you do or whether you have a Fitbit (or something similar) but you are very welcome to join the Kilometre challenge. Its great fun and such a good motivator to increase/sustain your exercise pledges. All you need to do is record your steps/kms for the week and then post them to the weekly thread - here is one I put up today;
My phone records the steps I do daily .to be accurate I have to keep it on me at all times .so I can send a record of my weekly steps.back to the stairs tomorrow and it's time for my weigh in .
