Hi Closer61girl. Just getting started is a great first step. You do need to know where you want to be but just focus on small steps initially. I am coming to the end of my second week and learning what seems to work and what doesn't. We are all in the same boat so you will get lots of support. I know what you mean about feeling you will let yourself down as I have been around the block a few times and never quite reached my goal. However, I am in a better place than I would be if I hadn't done anything.
The easiest way to find the weigh in section is to click on home at the top of the page where the strawberries are. Then come away from this and on the right of the page where you find topics and posts etc you will find an events section as well and the days weigh in will be in this. Hope you find it ok. Good luck.
