Only good stuff like vegetables fruits seeds fish chicken whole wheat salad I’ve given up drinking and chocolate and anything unhealthy and I’ve limited myself to 1350 calories a day and sometimes I have struggled with those.
I started at 13 stone 10–2 months ago and now weigh 11 5, I tried to slow things at 12 stone but still loosing 3.5 lb a week I am struggling more giving up the diet than I did starting, bazar I know, I am aiming for 10 stone13 but want to get the final step slower. I don’t want to ruin it by eating high fat foods, chocolate, sweets etc but I can’t force myself to eat more.
1,350 calories sounds very low, unless you are not very tall. Take a look at the NHS BMI calculator to calculate your own personal range of calories, I think you will be surprised. You say that you don't want to eat high fat foods, there is absolutely nothing wrong with high fat healthy food. I would think that it would be a very good way to slow down the remainder of your weight loss journey. Eating butter, cream, cheese, avocado, oily fish, fatty meat including crispy skin and using olive oil or coconut oil are all healthy ways of adding fat. Using butter and oil and adding a little cream, will up your calories without adding bulk and you won't even notice it on your plate
It sounds like you've got used to eating smaller portions Maybe ? You could work out your calories needed for maintaining and make sure your not under eating, perhaps bulk your calories up by milk, nuts etc if you look on my fitness pal you can add your weight and whether you want to lose etc you could select maintain and it should give you an idea of how much protein etc you should be eating. Hope that helps x
