Blew through week two day before yesterday, barely realized it. Week went good, eating to plan, hitting targets. Midweek I noticed a bit more definition in my shoulders, a sure tell that the weight is coming off.
Forgot to do my measure up at the end of the week so did it last night, lost 1/2 inch off my belly, top of thigh and chest, waist and neck stayed the same. So totaling up from the start, I've lost 1 1/2" from my chest, 1/2" from belly, 1" from waist and 1/2" from top of thigh.
Happy with that!

It sounds like you're on a roll. Just need to make sure no bad habits/temptations start slipping back in, and then the inches will continue to disappear
Thats brilliant, my wieght is stuck since joining gym and working out hard, but can see the the waist going in, stomach is a mission lol, oh well keep going
