Download the 12 week plan, if that's something that appeals to you and don't forget to take initial measurements and photos, as it's a great way of seeing just how far you've come, especially when the scales aren't co-operating fully
Wishing you all the very best with your weight loss journey
Hello. I think right off the bat I would say that you have to be patient to be good at weight loss, a sticker, a stoic, someone who can dig in and find those inner resources which we all have. We all have weeks when things don't go our way and we have to dust ourselves off and carry on
Good things come to those who stick to a healthy eating plan though, and you can do it! Anyone can cos it's not rocket science π Planning is paramount. Get organised to succeed. Clear out the junk, or anything else that might sabotage your weight loss. Make being healthy a priority for you and your whole family. Colourful plates of tasty grub π Be more active as well! Take the kids for a walk whatever, just keep moving π
