Let myself down.

Food demons got the best of me today, even though I walked in to work this morning so a good start I unfortunately succumbed to a large sandwich and a chocolate fudge square for my dinner.

I have also been snacking through the week so I don't hold much hope for a loss tomorrow😪

Goodness me, Ian, You're not the first and you won't be the last! We've all have days, weeks and months like that! Don't fret about it, just draw a line under it and start again :)

This is a brand new minute, where the beginning of anything and everything, is possible :)

Whatever the scales say tomorrow, you'll still be the same, loveable person, you always were :)

Chin up my friend, onwards and downwards :)

You have nothing to be sorry about, it's called life and it gives you a bite on the bum sometimes. Weigh and start over, as I'm sure we all have done (me on numerous occasions 😢)

Firstly Dread, well done for posting on here and saying out aloud what you're going through. It's so easy to hide from ourselves. Anyway, as has just been said, we all have lapses and this minute is the beginning of a whole fresh start.

I don't know if you calorie count. If you do, are you counting up 'that snack' before you eat it. One of my biggest allies has been my spreadsheet and seeing that daily total get closer to my limit, each time I stick something on a plate or in my hand.

Hi Hidden don't beat yourself up, draw a line and get back on track, one day doesn't make a disaster. Think of it as a hiccup in your journey we all have them.😐

And on a brighter note how's the handsome Teddy 😆 I bet he's not worried about your weigh in tomorrow, more likely waiting on a massive walk 😊

It's just a 'bump in the road' Hidden and if you're really lucky won't show tomorrow on the scales, you probably walked it off before you ate it. Onwards and downwards, you can do it:)

We all have days or weeks when we lose the plot. We're only human. The important thing is that we get back on track as soon as we can. Just think of all you've achieved so far. I hope that chocolate fudge square was good!! 😜

Hi Dread, saw your post late. Agree totally with the replies. I had a bad day yesterday too, but am taking the advice that you received! For me, I am trying not to let the bad days become a habit again!!

put 2lb on so not as bad as I thought.
