Hi all,

I noticed a daily weigh in, but do people add their weight on a specific day at all? And just add to a post? Thank you!!

Hello zc81 😊

You are welcome to join any of the daily weight-ins but please stick to the same day each week. Monday is very busy so you may prefer a different day. You just join the thread by posting your weight and any losses or gains in the 'reply' box. We also ask that you respond to at least one other person before you on the thread. 😊

I hope this answers your question?

With the daily weigh ins we do all go in, leave a message or two to a few other people first to try and help each other and leave our weekly details of what we have lost, maintained or put on in the last week onto the same day of the week. Personally I have my weigh in day as a Thursday. I find I always add weight at weekends so I do this then so I lose it again. The weigh ins can be found by clicking in the home section at the top of the pages where the strawberry pictures are, I am unsure of where they are if using mobiles. Once this has been clicked you can look at the right hand of the page of bottom if using mobiles and where the topics and pinned posts are you will find a section that is called Events. Within this you will find the daily weigh in. Hope this helps.

Hello feeconnelly and welcome,

The admins may not notice that you've joined which means you'll miss out on their informative 'welcome' posts. These help 'newbies' navigate the forum and provide a potential road map on how to move forward.

I've tagged a couple of them in for good measure ( IndigoBlue61 , YellowRose55 ).

Good luck!

Morning feeconnelly

Welcome to the weight loss forum and Saturday's weigh in.

Take a look at the Welcome Newbie post in the Pinned post section at the right hand side or at the bottom if your on a mobile. Have a look at the nhs 12 week plan, many members have had success following this plan. Use the BMI checker to work out your daily calorie allowance.

Below the Pinned posts are the Topics where members share a range of weight related subjects.

Take your measurements at the start together with a photo so you can see the changes on the days the scales don't move.

We have daily weigh ins so why not come along and join us. You can find the weigh ins on the Home page in the Events section on the right. Just click on the post in Events and record your start weight and any loss/gain or maintain for the week.

To get the most of the forum be active, share tips, recipes and experiences. Read some of the posts they are very motivating.

Have a good first week.

Rose
