Has anyone ever come across one of these in the U.K.? As far as I can see all the women's ones finish at around a size 18. The men's ones do go up bigger, but to fit my arse in I'd need one with a huge chest (which I don't have!)

No, this is just from random online stalking. I was mainly wondering if there were such things as the tiny surf shop near me only has ones up to about a size 10 (helpful). Might have a drive down to Torquay at some point this week as there's meant to be a few good shops there.
You shouldn't need wetsuits on the sunny south coast, try the freezing cold North Sea!!! Brrrr ❄️🌨☃️

I got a wet suit from Lidl’s and my husband had to literally fight to get me in it. It was so funny . But seriously I would love to be able to do some surfing more confidently at a slimmer shapethough.
