Hi everyone, I am still doing well with the programme. However, I had 2 lemon border biscuits and some ice cream over the weekend but I am still pleased because I have rigidly stuck to the calorie counting. I even put my naughty food into my fitness pal app because I don`t see the point in leaving it out....I need to be true to myself. Did not count my steps over the weekend either but today I did walk for 35 mins. I am not going to weigh myself until a week this Wednesday, so will see. Hope everyone else are doing ok?

You're doing it ollio , you're really doing it ! And, you're absolutely correct, what's the point in not being true to yourself? Log everything, and then you'll know if you can really have those 2 bix. MFP is a great conscience and I'm willing you to have done well by next Wednesday !...xx
