We have daily weigh ins so why not come along and join us. You can find the weigh ins on the Home page in the Events section on the right. Just click on the post in Events and record your start weight and any loss/gain or maintain for the week.
To get the most of the forum be active, share tips, recipes and experiences. Read some of the posts they are very motivating.

20 kgs is a lot to lose in 2 months. Can I ask why you need to lose so much ie is it for medical reasons? For a sustainable weight loss you need to be aiming for 1-2 lbs a week.
I totally agree with lilaclil 20 kg in two months is neither healthy nor sustainable. Unless this is being done under medical advice and supervision in which case you don't need the advice of this forum. All the evidence shows that losing too much weight too quickly leads to rapid regain of the weight lost plus some. So take care. Daisy
