Morning Angeleeze

It's not a stupid question at all! If you work on the lower amount 1751 calories to start with and she how you feel as you should lose each week eating that amount. It took me a few weeks to settle into the right amount of calories.

Good luck with your first week.

I personally would try to reduce my calorie intake as much as I had the will power to, meaning aim for 1751. However it all adds up throughout the days, so even cutting any below 2252 will have an effect. Just taking longer to see results. :) xx

I will give it a go and see What results I get , I do spinning once a week , a circuit class and I average 10000-13000 steps a day ( apart from Sunday's ) so I feel I'm pretty active just can't seem to get the food bit right and getting nowhere , thanks for the advice 👍🏻
